If your event is in Los Angeles, you can visit our office next to the Staples Center and pick up or purchase tickets to your event up until 9:00pm PST. Even if your event is out of town, we will get your tickets to you on time. Michaels Tickets is a proud partner of the National Ticket Brokers Association which allows us to guarantee that we will deliver your event tickets to you on time for your event via pick up, e-download, FlashSeats or federal express.

- You will be fully refunded for a cancelled event
If a concert, theater or sporting event is cancelled with no rescheduled date, Michaels Tickets offers a full refund of the purchase price, minus delivery charges.
Unexpected venue restrictions/requirements:
- Venues August announce restrictions or requirements for social distancing. If venue entry requirements (such as time of entry) or related changes are made AFTER your ticket purchase is made, Michaels Tickets will not be held responsible for not listing the requirement on the ticket at time of sale. All website customers will be warned that the order is subject to any requirements or restrictions placed via the venue or team.
- If a venue or team announces that a sports event will be played without fans, all orders will be cancelled.
- If seats are removed or deemed unavailable at a venue, alternates of equal or greater value will be offered without additional charge. If SOME seats in an order are removed/unavailable, the customer will have the option to buy the available seats at the price per ticket listed originally and the remaining seats that are unavailable August be cancelled.
- If venues place any restrictions on the number of tickets that can be seated together and your order must be divided, please notify us.

If you are calling regarding tickets you purchased from Michaels Tickets Service for an event that is cancelled, you will receive a refund minus any delivery fee. If your event is re-scheduled, your tickets will be honored for the new date and time. If your event is postponed, we will notify you regarding when it is rescheduled, and your tickets will be honored for the new date and time.
